Sarah A. Wolter is an experienced Associate Attorney with Balaban Law. Mrs. Wolter began her legal career and continues to concentrate her practice of law in the area of Mass Tort Litigation and Personal Injury.
Sarah is proud to give a voice to thousands of clients who have suffered at the hands of the negligent pharmaceutical companies who prioritize profit over the safety and health of their product users. Sarah has been intricately involved in the several major litigations and represented thousands of clients in their claims against the manufacturers of CPAP machines, Gilead TDF medications, transvaginal mesh, Roundup, Hernia Mesh, Essure, IVC Filters, Xarelto.
She is a proven and compassionate advocate, who can assist and counsel clients through all stages of litigation. Her representation of victims and helping them navigate the court system has been one of Sarah’s most rewarding and impactful accomplishments.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends camping and riding trails in her Jeep and ATVs. She lives in Littleton with her husband, Benjie and two sons, Dillon and Daniel and Lulu the Corgi.
