Olga Steinreich

Wrongful Death, Personal Injury Cases, Premises Liability

Since beginning of her legal career, Olga devoted her practice to representing Plaintiffs in personal injury cases, in both third and first party context, wrongful death and premises liability cases. With a teaching background and an immigrant perspective, Olga brings her unique experiences to her practice. She graduated first in her class with a Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Education and Intercultural Communication in her hometown of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. Olga worked as an educator in Russia and also taught Latin at a local medical school. She moved to the United States in 2008 and entered law school a few years later. In 2013, Olga graduated from California Western School of Law where she gave commencement speech for her graduating class. As a bilingual trial attorney, she understands the hardship an individual faces in difficult circumstances, such as car accidents and ensuing insurance disputes. She believes that compassion, honesty, respect, and hard work are the foundation for successful practice of law.

Olga is the head of personal injury department at Balaban Law. In her role, she oversees other attorneys’ cases, leads, mentors and manages attorneys and staff to ensure best practices and consistent outcomes for the firm’s clients whether by out-of-court dispute resolution or throughout the litigation process. Olga is convinced that proper training, motivating and leading by example are key to successfully managing other people.

In her spare time, Olga spends most of the summer perfecting her gardening skills and in winter - reading classic literature. An avid NASCAR and Phish fan, she loves road trips to new speedways and visiting concert venues across the country. Olga and her husband love international traveling and replicating around-the-world recipes as ways to learn and connect to different cultures.
