Jeff is a dedicated and tenacious personal injury attorney who advocates for his clients at all stages of their case. Through a compassionate and attentive approach, he ensures that his clients can focus on their recovery while he manages the legal side of things and concentrates on achieving the best outcome. 

Jeff studied at Brigham Young University where he completed a bachelor’s degree in history. He spent two years living in Argentina where he learned Spanish fluently. He went on to receive his juris doctor from The University of San Diego School of Law. During his time in law school, Jeff was involved in the Law in Spanish program, which helped law students learn to advocate for those facing both language and cultural barriers.  

Jeff began his legal career by opening his own practice. He gained valuable experience representing his clients in criminal and immigration proceedings. From there Jeff knew that helping others by solving their legal issues was his passion. He continued to gain important litigation experience by representing clients in workers’ compensation and civil court. Helping those that are in pain navigate the legal system became the emphasis of his legal career. 

Jeff was recognized as a top 40 under 40 for civil plaintiff for 2020 by The National Trial Lawyers.

Jeff knows that the legal world can be daunting for his clients, and that is why his straightforward, easy to understand approach has helped many personal injury victims seek the compensation they deserve.

Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, playing sports, and watching movies.
